It is equipped with a library, an exhibition hall, a social action centre and classrooms for lectures, occupational workshops, meetings, educational programs and a varied range of cultural and social activities that promote community development and the associative life of this populous neighborhood. The theater, with a capacity of 261 seats, and the exhibition hall, measuring 72 m2 and overlooking the square, complete the facilities of this Civic Center. On one side of the Rondilla Civic Center, there is an image of a large bison in reddish colours, painted by the local muralist Cuco. It is a work that arises from a previous one that the artist did in Linz (Austria): a large horse's head. Urban art is present throughout Valladolid, in a bid by its City Council to recover forgotten corners of public space and create a friendly city for its residents and an attractive destination for tourism.
