Speleologists come to the town to discover some of its magical places, such as the Fuente Azul, an important flooded cave with the deepest siphron \u2013 submerged gallery \u2013 in Spain: 165 metres. ","localizacion_rutas":"In the Arlanza valley, 3.5 km from Hortig\u00fcela, the most spectacular and costly scene of T<em>he Good, the Bad and the Ugly <\/em>was filmed: the <span class=\"Arquitectura\">Battle of Langstone Bridge.<\/span> Highly recognizable is a bare area of vegetation to the right of the road where the trenches were located, and on the other side of the Arlanza River, the entrance to a small valley where the bridge was placed. Unionists on one side and Confederates on the other fight a spectacular battle for the control of a 10-meter-long wooden bridge over a river. The scene was filmed three times. The first was a fiasco and Sergio Leone wanted something spectacular. For the next one, more than 400 kilos of TNT and 12 cameras were placed to record the explosion in detail. The director gave the privilege of the detonation to a colonel of the Spanish army in charge of the extras, but a lack of coordination of orders caused the bridge to blow up before the cameras began to record. The bridge was destroyed, but it was rebuilt by the army in a week and on the third attempt the explosion was perfect, as seen in the film.
