Surrounded by the Linares reservoir, this Segovian town brings together Romanesque churches, buildings with Templar symbols and architectural remains from the Muslim era.","localizacion_rutas":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In 2010, Maderuelo hosted the filming of the exteriors of <em>Tierra de Lobos,<\/em> the Telecinco series set at the end of the 19th century. It is also the hometown of one of the main characters of Carlos Saura's <em>Deprisa, deprisa.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The small town of just 200 inhabitants, is located on an elongated spur that borders the course of the Riaza in the heart of the Sierra de Ayll\u00f3n, and offers an undoubted interest as a representative example of a defensive medieval town with an imposing presence in the landscape. Here stand the Romanesque churches of San Miguel and Santa Mar\u00eda, noble houses with stone symbols of Templar iconography and the tower that was the old castle.
