This event takes place within the framework of the 19th edition of the Spanish Screenings Content, from March 17-21 at the NH M\u00e1laga Hotel. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>MAFIZ was created with the aim of promoting and disseminating Ibero-American cinema internationally. This space has become a key platform for industry professionals from Latin America and Europe to develop new business and collaboration networks, and the Regional Film Hub is the platform for promoting and disseminating cinema from the various Autonomous Communities of Spain. Throughout the fair, a series of events were organized to facilitate connections between filmmakers, producers, and other industry professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of participating in MAFIZ is to facilitate the participation of production companies from Castilla y Le\u00f3n and foster the dissemination and promotion of the region&#8217;s cinematography throughout the international audiovisual market. To this end, the film commission will have a stand where it will provide information on its locations, support lines, and services to the sector, hold business meetings and professional gatherings, and support the delegation of more than 20 attending production companies. This stand will showcase the promotional video &#8220;Castilla y Le\u00f3n, A Film Set,&#8221; along with a lineup of recent and ongoing audiovisual projects in Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The participation of the Castilla y Le\u00f3n Film Commission has allowed production companies from Castilla y Le\u00f3n to obtain a 50% discount on industry accreditation.<br>Castilla y Le\u00f3n will be represented at the M\u00e1laga Film Festival by the films \u201cLa huella del mal\u201d by Manuel R\u00edos San Mart\u00edn, filmed in Atapuerca and \u201cPol\u00edgono X\u201d by recent Goya winner N\u00e9stor L\u00f3pez, which received funding from the Council of Culture, Tourism and Sports of the Regional Government of Castilla y Le\u00f3n. Within the Spanish Screenings Content section, \u201cLos rapaces\u201d by Leonese Julu Mart\u00ednez will be screened, and within the Spanish Bombs Docs section, the documentary short film \u201cLa ra\u00edz\u201d by Burgalese Isabel S\u00e1ez P\u00e9rez will be present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Castilla y Le\u00f3n Film Commission is participating in MAFIZ, the industry area of \u200b\u200bthe 28th M\u00e1laga Film Festival, as part of the Regional Film Hub.
