In the height of the Middle Ages, the mute and skilled hunter Damián seeks a better life with his family: his beautiful and devoted wife Priscilla, his also mute son Pablo and the vital grandmother Águeda. After an endless journey from a distant country, they manage to settle in a town dominated by Don Rodrigo, a ruthless nobleman who tries to seduce Priscilla. Over time they manage to take over the place until Águeda dies and the territory that seemed friendly becomes the enemy. From that moment on, the fight for survival continues for Damián’s family.
