Farinato is a sausage made primarily from pork fat, bread and aniseed. It is typical of the Salamanca towns bordering Portugal, but for a few years now the company Hergaher has decided to take it out of the Charro territory and bring it from Carbajosa de la Sagrada to all of Spain.
