Professor Bacterio has had one of his most dangerous inventions stolen. To recover it from the hands of a crazy dictator, he turns to detectives Mortadelo and Filemón, although, this time, he distrusts them and the T.I.A. (Counter-Intellligence and Espionage Agency) hires another detective. The two agents decide to act on their own.
