The Plaza del Viejo Coso, from the 19th century, was the first Bullring in Valladolid, with a capacity for 8,000 spectators. Its shape followed those of Zaragoza and Granada, being one of the few octagonal bullrings in Spain. Today, the arena has been replaced by a park and the old boxes have been converted to houses.
