Luisa (Inma Cuesta) and Alberto (Raúl Arévalo) have been forced to live in the countryside, but the idyllic rural life quickly begins to show its less friendly side. Although the couple is not going through their best moments, Luisa is obsessed with having a second child, even if the price is the most apathetic sex imaginable. The one who doesn’t even consider stepping on the field is Juan (Alberto San Juan), Alberto’s brother, a journalist in low hours who, at 45 years old, goes out with Natalia (Irene Escolar), an enthusiastic 25-year-old young woman in whom Juan sees salvation. For her part, Luisa’s sister, Sara (Candela Peña), is used to channeling her anxiety through men, with whom she doesn’t quite fit in, until Paco (Jorge Bosch) appears, a sports journalist who seems even willing to take her to the altar.
