In October 2015, a small group of devoted fans of the movie The Good, the Bad and the Ugly visited the filming location of the movie’s final scene in Burgos. After 49 years of being abandoned and overgrown with vegetation, these volunteers aimed to unearth and bring back to life the legendary Sad Hill cemetery. The news quickly spread, and for months, people from all over Europe flocked to the site every weekend to take part in the reconstruction efforts.
