After D’Artagnan joined the Musketeers, the Huguenots (French Puritans) occupied La Rochelle. The Duke of Buckingham, lover of the Queen of France, sends a fleet to aid the rebels. Richelieu recruits Rochefort to kidnap Constance, the Queen’s messenger and D’Artagnan’s lover. While Milady leaves for England to eliminate Buckingham, the musketeers fight the rebels.
