Inspired by the macabre events of Puerto Hurraco, a town from Extremadura where, in the summer of 1990, a dispute between two families resulted to brutal killings that shocked the whole of Spain. For generations these families have lived in constant conflict over the boundaries of their properties, a conflict that has caused a spill of blood. When Isabel, the eldest daughter of one of the two families, tries to investigate on the origin of the terrible fignt, she discovers that everything boils down to an unrequited love.
