The contemporary building of the Rondilla Civic Center in Valladolid stands out as the main element in the square that emerges from an extension of Alberto Fernández Street. It is equipped with a library, an exhibition hall, a social action centre and classrooms for lectures, occupational workshops, meetings, educational programs and a varied range of cultural and social activities that promote community development and the associative life of this populous neighborhood. The theater, with a capacity of 261 seats, and the exhibition hall, measuring 72 m2 and overlooking the square, complete the facilities of this Civic Center.
