The architectural project of CONELE was developed by Dominique Perrault. t is made up of two buildings: the new León Conference and Exhibition Palace and the Palacín. This architectural structure is built on the land of the old Sugar Factory Santa Elvira de León, representing the evolution of a very industrial sector to a modern, technological and service sector such as the congressional sector.
