Church
The church of Santa María is a Catholic temple located in the town of Wamba, province of Valladolid. It has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest since 1931. The church is Romanesque, from the 12th century, but the transept along with the chapels at the head are from the Mozarabic period of the 10th century. It is made up of three naves and the chapels of Doña Urraca and the "Osario", which receives this name because it is decorated with human skulls and bones.
