Pascual's House is a traditional Castilian home located in San Pedro del Arroyo (Ávila), right in the heart of the La Moraña region. The surroundings maintain the essence of Castilian villages, with wide streets, traditional architecture, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a versatile location for audiovisual productions. The house has about 300 m² spread over three floors. It has been renovated while respecting the original character of the building, combining traditional architecture with modern comforts. Inside, it offers a distinct Castilian rustic aesthetic, with stone and exposed brick walls in some rooms, wooden beams, solid wood doors, and decor based on antique furniture and farming tools.
