The town of Toro is located halfway between the cities of Valladolid and Zamora, surrounded by dry fields of wheat and vines and located on a hill overlooking a pronounced bend of the mighty Duero River. Toro is known internationally for the quality of its wines, but also for its old town, declared a Historic-Artistic Site.
