The promotional video Castilla y León, escenario de película will be presented at the Instituto Leonés de Cultura on May 30th at 8:30 p.m.

The Directorate General of Tourism of Castilla y León, in collaboration with the Castilla y León Film Commission, produced the promotional video “Castilla y León, escenario de película.” It was part of the international promotional strategy during the Castilla y León Week at the Osaka World Expo. The video, directed by Jorge Suárez-Quiñones, from León, shows clips from films shot in Castilla y León with current images of the locations. It also features a guest appearance by Japanese language teacher Mayumi Tsukonake. The Instituto Leonés de Cultura will host a screening of this video on May 30th. Following the screening, there will be an informal discussion with Kristine Guzmán from the Castilla y León Film Commission and Mayumi Tsukonake from the University of León.
