It tells the story of a provincial hotel that has just received its fourth star and whose owner, played by Antonio Resines, dies after revealing that he had a daughter out of wedlock. Now the three stepsisters and the widow must manage the hotel together, while they try to discover what happened to the body of the deceased, which disappeared after an accident at the funeral.
