Comedy set in rural areas in the summer of 1492. After being held captive in Tunisia at the hands of the Saracens and once he manages to regain his freedom, Bartholomew returns to his homeland with the illusion of eating his favorite delicacy: pork. On the way he runs into a deserter who is accompanied by a sow.
