Located in the heart of the city's historic center, just five minutes from the Plaza Mayor, the Plaza del Concilio de Trento is considered one of Salamanca's most beautiful spots, offering stunning views. This square is home to the Convent of San Esteban, one of the city's most important monuments. It is a very unusual square, divided into two parts by a stone bridge that crosses what was once the Santo Domingo Stream (now dry) that ran in front of the convent walls.
