El Espinar is a town in the province of Segovia. The municipality is made up of six towns: El Espinar itself, San Rafael, Los Ángeles de San Rafael, El Espinar Station, Gudillos, and Prados. Its natural surroundings are undoubtedly its greatest attraction. As part of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park and Biosphere Reserve, the municipality has numerous trails and routes.
